Product Description
PVC Insulated Cable / Wire - Single-Core Non-Sheathed Cable.
1. Brief Introduction of PVC insulated wire & cable
PVC insulated wires & cables of 450/750V and below are mainly applied for hard wiring of electrical appliances, electric apparatus, instruments, telecommunication equipment, power lighting, and buildings with the rated AC voltage of 500V or DC 1000V.
2. Service Characteristics.
A. The highest temperature of the conductor is 70º C for the normal service of products such as BV, RV, RVV, BVV, VGV.
B. The long, allowable working temperature for wiring wires & cables such as BV, BLV, BVR, BVVB, BLVVB should not be over 70º C.
3. Installation conditions of our products.
The temperature in laying cables should not be below 0º C. If the overall diameter(D) of cables is below 25mm, the allowable bending radius of cables should be 4D or above; If the overall diameter (D) of cables is 25mm or above, the allowable bending radius of cables should be not less than 6D.
